"Terra Nigra b.v." is Dutch company from 1971 specialized on breeding and selection roses and gerbera varieties. Main clients of Terra Nigra are commercial rose and gerbera growers all around the world. For these clients we are creating and improving our products. Good examples of our products can be rose variety Grand Prix® and gerbera - Germini®, both products became well known not only among Dutch floriculturists but far away from Holland.
Head office and show greenhouse of Terra Nigra is located in the Netherlands but furthermore exist subsidiary companies in Kenya and California. Throughout the world the company is represented by thirty sales representatives and agents.
Recently Terra Nigra has enlarged propagation area for making few types of young plants simultaneously. Before our client makes his choice we give him recommends by varieties (that variety is better for certain climate conditions), by substrate type, growing system, young plants type (cuttings or grafted plants). We also propose agronomy assistance for our varieties over complete period of their growing.
