Our three farms which add up to approximately 70 hectares in total are located in the Tabacundo area, which is approximately one hour away from Quito, the capital of Ecuador. Our farms range from an altitude of 2900m to 3180m above sea level. This location is extraordinary thanks to the climate. The exceptional temperature (around 16–18 C°) plays a crucial factor in producing and sustaining the high quality roses we offer. Our farms have the luxury of enjoying twelve hours of light 365 days a year.
At the moment our clients have the advantage to choose from our spectacular 44 premium varieties. Every one of these varieties has been carefully picked out according to your market´s demand.
In November 2007 Florana Farms purchased the farm in Pedro Vicente Maldonado, located in the tropical area of Ecuador. So, now we also offer our clients exotic tropical flowers (Anthurium, Heliconia, Ginger) and tropical foliage.
